Kristen Lee Morris has forged a reputation as one of Australia’s finest, and most honest, country & blues musicians. His songs cut to the heart and on stage with his guitar he can tear the house down. Audiences are at once captivated and blown away. Absolute truth and passion directed through a microphone and a cranked guitar amplifier. There is no-one like him.

His record RUINS (Nov. 2014), a swampy heartbreaker produced by Kasey Chambers up at Foggy Mountain Studios, opened his music up to audiences around the country. Recorded totally live with an all-star band the album is a spontaneous explosion of heart and soul.

In recent times Morris has teamed up with his love, Sarah Humphreys, as Eagle and The Wolf. Their debut record topping radio charts and receiving widespread critical acclaim.

“Open hearted Americana from smitten Australian duo”¦Humphreys’ voice is mellifluous throughout”¦the pair’s sincerity and chemistry makes their first record together beguiling indeed.”

The past year has seen the band tour nationally with acts such as Charlie Parr, Kasey Chambers, Corey Harris (USA) and Hayes Carll (USA) and share stages with the likes of The Blind Boys of Alabama (USA), Dave Alvin (USA) and many more.

Morris will be releasing new solo material in early 2017.
